Kathy came to B&A Planning Group from the City of Calgary Planning and Building Department in 2000.

In conjunction with her Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Kathy also has her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design (Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning). She brings to the firm experience in urban design, architectural design, subdivision design and land use planning. She has a strong educational background in sustainable community design.

Kathy’s expertise lies in the preparation and project coordination of projects ranging from subdivision and site design to outline plan and land use redesignations. Her strengths include a strong relationship with City Administration and City Council in addition to her ability to communicate effectively with her clients, community association groups and affected stakeholders.
