Grant brings to B&A Planning Group a broad range of planning experience gained through over 25 years of municipal and private sector planning. Since joining B&A Planning Group, Grant has been involved in processing and project management of residential, commercial and industrial projects in the Calgary region. Recent projects included the Trinity Hills mixed-use, Wolf Willow and Stoney Industrial outline plans.
Grant’s Expertise lies in the preparation and project coordination of projects ranging from development and building permit to subdivision, land use redesignation and outline plan applications.
Grant came to B&A Planning Group from Tim Hortons where he was responsible for negotiating municipal land use, development and building permit approvals for new restaurants across western Canada. He understands first-hand the pressures and time constraints facing developers and the need to build strong relationships with key municipal administrators.
