With more than seven years’ experience planning and implementing public consultation plans and communication strategies, Bridget has a strong understanding of the nuances and complexities related to stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, Bridget has focused on building approaches to effectively connect with stakeholder audiences while also helping clients achieve regulatory compliance and project success. At the end of the day, Bridget believes that building relationships based on mutual trust and respect is fundamental to the success of any engagement strategy.

Bridget has planned and coordinated hundreds of engagement events, including open houses, workshops and charrettes throughout western Canada and the Territories and has provided engagement and communication support on more than 30 diverse projects. From content development to production, Bridget sees communication collateral from start to finish, including presentations, open house materials, fact sheets, regulatory reports, and website content, while also taking the lead on event planning and facilitation, research projects, media monitoring and marketing initiatives.

As a practiced writer and communicator, Bridget has the expertise to transform technical concepts into comprehensible terms and can manage the delivery of such content in meaningful ways. Bridget takes pride in her ability to listen to and respond to various perspectives while maintaining her commitment to client objectives. In her role at B&A, Bridget focuses on developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies for various client projects, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
