Riverside/Bridgeland
Master Plan
B&A is currently working on concepts for a comprehensive re-development plan for Calgary’s inner city community of Bridgeland/Riverside. The Bridgeland re-development was based on a similar plan and is one of the best Canadian examples of densification around a light rail station in Calgary (Transit Oriented Development). The new Riverside master plan builds on those strengths and introducing a range of other innovative place-making strategies with pedestrian and bike friendly streets, gentle densification with mixed use, mid-rise built form and superb mix of public and private open spaces that will create exciting place to live, work, play and learn.
