Fort McMurray Master Accommodations Plan
B&A worked with Alberta Infrastructure to review existing Government landholdings and future facility requirements in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The planning process included interviews with government departments and preparation of forecasts to determine short and long-term requirements for Government facilities. B&A reviewed the potential of Government lands to meet future requirements. The Master Plan provides recommendations for efficient infill development of existing properties and identified additional land requirements for future facilities including government offices, warehouse space, remand centre, courthouse expansion, etc.
