Outline Plan and Land Use Amendment Stages 4 and 5
B&A Planning Group is providing planning consulting services for Highfield Investments concerning the preparation of an industrial Outline Plan and Land use amendment within the approved High Plains Industrial Park Conceptual Scheme area. The outline plan process will bridge the gap between the municipal statutory land use policy and the more detailed land use redesignation, subdivision and development permit approval process. The project is expected to be completed by early 2019.
