B&A headed the planning and processing of a Master Site Development Plan for the CN Rail Calgary Logistics Park Conrich. The Master Site Development Plan spanned approximately 197 acres of land and provided an overview of federal/municipal jurisdictional responsibilities and a comprehensive vision and planning framework to guide the development of the intermodal rail facility and customer warehouse areas. Detailed development plans for the north and south customer warehouse areas were established outlining development patterns, servicing elements, transportation considerations and landscaping provisions. The Master Site Development Plan was approved by Rocky View County in April 2011. The Master Site Development Plan establishes a comprehensive framework for future redesignation, subdivision, and development in the plan area.
