Response to COVID-19


In response to recommendations from Canadian/Provincial Governments, regarding the coronavirus outbreak, B&A Planning Group is open and moving to a remote/isolated work model, to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, while continuing to serve our clients and deliver project work.  We acknowledge that this is impacting all our clients and their families and we are committed to providing ongoing excellence through and beyond this crisis.

We will be communicating directly with our teams (clients, consultants, and municipal partners) to discuss the most optimal way of working together to ensure project momentum is maintained.  The result might include conference calls, GoTo online meetings, or email correspondence.  We recognize that our municipal partners are also in an isolated situation and working across the departments might be more challenging.  We are committed to doing the best we can with the current situation. 

Effective immediately:

  • All employees are set up to work remotely/isolated and are reachable by email and telephone.
  • No in-person meetings – all scheduled meetings will take place via telephone or web conference. Project teams will be directly contacted with access information from your Project Managers.
  • All travel is postponed.
  • All in-person engagement events will be postponed. A follow-up communication from B&A will include details about recommended engagement methods to help our clients maintain project schedules and objectives. 
  • B&A endeavors to exercise caution while continuing to be open for business. We are closely monitoring communications from our Federal and Provincial Governments and will provide regular updates to our valued clients, consultants, and municipal partners, as needed
