Our integrated team reviews the opportunities and constraints of land parcels based upon available data, existing legislation, and current municipal policy frameworks.

- Review of high-level site characteristics and preliminary mapping, including topography;
- Review of policy context, including relevant municipal and provincial legislation, regulation, policy, and guidelines;
- Identification of environmental constraints and impact on potential developable area;
- Mapping of opportunities and constraints within potential annexation areas; and
- Delineation of potential developable area
