In late 2020, B&A started work with the City of Calgary and the University of Calgary to create a Concept Plan for the City-owned Foothills Athletic Park and university-owned McMahon Stadium lands. The Concept Plan provides a roadmap for the site's future development that reflects the needs of its users and the community.
