Senior Community Planner – Saskatchewan (Regina or Saskatoon)

About the Role

Are you ready to take a lead role in growing B&A’s Saskatchewan presence?

B&A Planning Group is looking to establish a full-time, local presence in Saskatchewan to better serve and grow our diverse municipal and private sector client base across the province. This opportunity may be located in either Saskatoon or Regina.

As a Senior Community Planning Associate, you will have the exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role in leading and growing our business. Your passion for the development and delivery of innovative and best-practice municipal and land development plans will drive success. An entrepreneurial spirit and knack for business development will be key for fostering strong relationships with potential, new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree in Urban and Regional Planning
  • Full membership in CIP and SPPI
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Experience in preparing and advancing land development applications
  • Ability to manage priorities in consultation with the Calgary office and other project managers
  • Community planning and land development planning experience in Saskatchewan preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven business development experience is considered an asset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead a branch office of a growing community planning practice
